18 September 2018 - EU's clothing imports have moved into very different ways in the second quarter and the first half this year, depending on markets. When unit values of clothing imports have surged, like in Spain or the UK, shipments in volume terms have dropped. In France by contrast, lower unit prices have resulted in significantly larger shipments from a year earlier. Our 5-year data from second quarter 2013 reflect long-term trends of European Union clothing markets, offering a comprehensive review of the European Union imports per destination.
