User Agreement to EmergingTextiles.com:

This agreement is made between you (as the user) and EmergingTextiles.com. When you subscribe, it constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions in respect of your access to and use of EmergingTextiles.com (“the Web Site”). You must agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this Web Site.

All Subscriptions:

This agreement will continue until either you or EmergingTextiles.com terminates it, or your subscription expires. Either party may terminate it at any time by sending notice of termination to the other party. On termination, you will cease to have the right of access to the Web Site. There will be no refund. However, if you terminate the subscription due to the non-availability of the service, there will be a pro-rata refund. 

There is no automatic renewal at the end of the subscription period. A few weeks before the end of the subscription period, you will be sent a renewal email message with the option to renew.

Subscription Options:

The Selected Access Subscriptions provide limited access to a series of topics. 

The Full Access Subscription (formerly “Corporate Subscription”) provides full access to the content for up to five collaborators of the same entity.  Access is granted only to collaborators with a professional email address under the same domain name. Collaborators of different entities or subsidiaries under the same group cannot benefit from the corporate subscription if they do not have a professional email address with an identical domain name. The Full Access Subscription is for personal use only. Sharing access details or sending data to other collaborators, except other subscribers, will immediately result in the end of the subscription and associated access rights, with immediate effect.

The Customized Access Subscription (formerly “Group Subscription”) provides access to the full content for 30 collaborators of the same group or organization.  Access is only granted to collaborators with a professional email address and a unique domain name. Other entities or subsidiaries of the same group or organization operating under a different domain name must subscribe separately.

The data supplied by EmergingTextiles.com cannot be sent to anyone outside the company or entity including to other entities of the same group or organization with a different domain name. Any dissemination of our data will result in immediate termination of the subscription.

The Customized Access Subscription offers the right to aggregate EmergingTextiles.com’s data in a price database available to all collaborators of the same entity operating under an identical domain name.

A customized datasheet will be built upon request from the subscriber, offering access to a table displaying a selection of no more than 30 products available on the website.

A single and confidential web address (URL, or Unique Remote Location) is supplied by EmergingTextiles.com for accessing and downloading this customized datasheet. In any case can this URL be transmitted by the subscribers or by EmergingTextiles.com to any other entity.

Subscription Renewals

The formely named “Premium Subscription” is available for former subscribers only and provides full access to the content for one single user, including the price reports, the prices database, and all historical series available for download. This option is strictly limited to personal use. Sharing access details will result at the end of the subscription and associated access rights, with immediate effect. Our data should in any case be sent to anyone inside or outside the company’s subscribers.

 Accounts and passwords:

The rights granted under this agreement are only for the subscribers. They are responsible for all uses of the Web Site made using their password. The passwords must be retained confidential and may not be shared with someone else either transmitted to another person. Any breach or suspected breach of this restriction will result in immediate termination of the subscription and access of all subscribers of the same entity to the Web Site.

Copyright and limited permission to copy:

Unless otherwise specified, the copyright and similar rights in the content of all the pages in this Web Site, including the “alerts” sent by email, are owned by EmergingTextiles.com. You are permitted to print or download extracts from this material for your personal use only. Data should not be disseminated in any way or reprinted on any other support than supplied by EmergingTextiles.com, without express permission provided by our services. Specific additional rights may apply for customers under our Global Subscription. No part of the Web Site or any material appearing on it may be reproduced or stored in or transmitted to any other Web site.

You may not post any content to social networks, or other publication systems without the prior written consent of EmergingTextiles.com.

Changes to the user agreement:

EmergingTextiles.com may add to or change the content of this agreement. All additions and changes will be notified to you by being published on this page. It is your responsibility as a user to refer to these additions and changes. They will come into effect immediately on being posted, and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you access the Web Site after that time. If you do not wish to accept them, you must terminate this agreement as described above.

The name “EmergingTextiles.com” is a registered trade mark. You are not permitted to use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce these trademarks for any reason.

Governing law :

The courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this Web Site and its use and these terms, as if the agreement were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within France. Both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the French courts in the town of Rennes.
